We process your account name/profile image supplied by your sign-in provider, email or Apple private relay email, authentication identifiers, school memberships and permissions. Authorized school staff enter team names, rosters, player names/numbers, match events, statistics, team records and optional school branding images. We also process subscription identifiers, plan allowances, renewal/expiration information and purchase-verification results. Apple handles card and payment details; we do not receive your full payment-card details.
The app uses local device/installation identifiers and a device name for scoring, saved entries and nearby pairing. Firebase App Check processes device/app attestation to protect access. Network services may process IP addresses, request metadata, errors and performance/security diagnostics. Camera access is used only when you choose to scan a nearby pairing QR code; scanning does not record or upload camera photos/video. Photos selected for match graphics are processed in memory and are not saved as source images by the tracker. A school branding image you explicitly save is stored with that school's settings.
Information supports sign-in, permission checks, school collaboration, live and offline scoring, backups, statistics, graphics, billing verification, support and service security. School information is available to authorized members according to their assigned permissions; nearby match information is shared with approved connected scoring devices. Exports and graphics are shared by the user who chooses to download or share them. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Service providers include Google/Firebase for authentication, database, hosting, functions and App Check; Apple for Sign in with Apple, App Attest and purchases; and Resend for invitation emails. Providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies. Data may be processed outside your home country.
Downloaded teams, matches and queued entries can remain on a device for offline use. School records are retained for the school's history until an authorized deletion. License expiration does not itself delete school records. Inactivity maintenance may deactivate staff access after 30 days and archive a school after 12 months; this is not automatic deletion. Operational logs and backups may retain limited copies until their normal expiration, including records needed for security or legal obligations. Apple independently retains purchase information under its policies.
Open Home → Your Account → Delete My Account to review the affected data and initiate deletion. The app asks you to confirm your identity. Your account/profile, school memberships and associated invitations are removed. Shared school records remain with the school. If you are a school's only owner, its deletion is listed for your explicit confirmation; transfer ownership first if you want the school to remain. The process also clears saved tracker records in the current iPad/browser after successful deletion. Other devices may retain offline copies until their users remove them or the device's app data is erased; authorized school exports are controlled by the school.
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Use the app's Manage Apple Subscription action or Apple Subscriptions to manage renewal. If automatic revocation cannot finish, the app lets you continue deletion and explains how to remove the authorization in your Apple Account settings. The service is intended for coaches and authorized school/program staff. Schools should enter player information only with appropriate authority and inform players/families about school data practices. Player rosters do not require individual player login accounts. Contact us if information was entered without authorization.
